Who sells Audiout

Audiout is sold through Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record. That means Paddle — not the provider named above — is your contractual seller: Paddle takes the payment, charges and remits VAT, and issues the invoice. Your purchase terms, refund rights and withdrawal rights are Paddle's, and their terms are shown to you at checkout.

Anything about the software itself — bugs, licence keys, how it works — comes to me at support@audiout.app.

Consumer dispute resolution

I am not obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle) and do not do so voluntarily. Because Paddle is the seller of record, disputes about a purchase are handled under Paddle's terms in the first instance.

The software

Audiout is free software licensed under the GPL-2.0. The complete source is at https://github.com/aa-hh/Audiout. Buying a build supports the work and gets you a signed, notarised binary and a licence key; it does not restrict any right the GPL grants you.

Liability for links

This site links to external pages I do not control. Responsibility for their content lies with their operators. I checked them for obvious legal problems when linking and found none; I cannot monitor them continuously, and will remove any link promptly if a problem is brought to my attention.
