Refund Policy

Audiout is a one-time purchase — no subscription — with a straightforward refund window.

Refund period

You can request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date, no reason required.

How to request one

Refunds are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record. Use the link in your purchase receipt email, or visit paddle.net and enter your order details. If that isn't available yet, email support@audiout.app with your order or transaction ID and we'll pass it on to Paddle for you.

What happens next

Once approved, Paddle refunds your original payment method. Your license key is deactivated once the refund is processed.

Exceptions

We may decline a refund where we find evidence of abuse — for example, repeated purchase-and-refund cycles — or fraud.

This policy doesn't affect any statutory refund or withdrawal rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
